Pretty Strong Smart is was founded in 2016 to empower women and girls to live happy, healthy lives through outreach and scholarships. At PSS, we believe girls can be pretty, strong, and/or smart; that we don't have to live in one category.

Our ultimate scholarship goal is to provide as many graduating high school girls with full scholarships to pay for educational expenses for college or other vocational education.
Through our outreach efforts, we
- promote diversity;
- encourage girls to consider the world of science, technology, engineering, and math;
- encourage attendees to be good leaders;
- educate about the various aspects of womens/girls empowerment (educational, social, economic, political).
